| Here are some pictures of my neighborhood just for fun... | |
| |
| My apartment view. The pillows were the first domestic purchase here! | |
| |
| A normal looking sidewalk. | |
| |
| No it isn’t pee. This is seran wrapped tea for people to drink waiting in the hospital lobby :-) | |
| |
| My great friend Heather and I after a long work day hanging out at the hospital drinking pee-ish tea. Notice Heather’s robe. They told her to put it on then sent her back out to the public waiting room. We are delirious as we look in this shot. | |
| |
| Durians at the grocery store. | |
| |
| This is actually taken in Pattaya, but the power lines are just as messy in Bangkok! | |
| |
| Do you see the Index Living Mall sign at the right? I live a quarter of a mile behind that. I walk across this skywalk to get to my apartment....if I am on the late bus home. | |
| |
| A soi dog on the skywalk to my apartment. | |
| |
| A busy market closer to the city. | |
| |
| Walking down the BTS is a crowded sea of heads. | |
| |
| The rest of the pictures are the scenes from the run I usually take. My battery ran out of my camera, so you will see part 2 soon! The 2 girls in this picture are Stefanie pushing her daughter Kija, and Heather. This is the street right out front of the complex. | |

| |
| |
| |
| I turn left at the king for the run to the park. Pictures of the king are all over...I even glimpse posters of him in peoples homes. | |
| |
| Still on my run....up ahead to the right are the funny motorcy taxi drivers..... | |
| |
| This market is down the street I run sometimes. Here is Heather telling the sellers that she will run tomorrow. I love that I caught her in mid-jogging motion. | |
| |
| Lots and lots of street vendors like this. | |
| |
| |
| |
| Most houses look like this. Laundry hanging out to dry. | |
| |
| My favorite part of the run! A quiet spot with cat tails and swamp on either side. It connects to busier soi streets. I love running here even if it only lasts 2 minutes. The rest of the run is really interesting, too. I will send them soon! | |
